It has its owns vineyards in the Alagairen and Puerto de Paniza mountain ranges, and it grows the noblest grape varieties: (Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Muscadet, Tempranillo, Macabeo, Garnacha, Mazuela).
These vineyards are placed at a height of 699 metres over the sea level. Due to the vineyards geographical situation placed where the valleys meet mountain ranges, and rough wind known as "cierzo" shake, a special microclimate enables the growth of these grapes with a special fragance and aroma
The warm climate tends to be a continental one, in such a way, that winters are cold and summers are extremely hot. The presence of mountain ranges (Sierra de Algairén and Herrera), as long as the Huerva river flow, which is located to the East, allow spring and summer rains which provide an essential humidity for the vineyards adequate growth.
The ground of the land where the vineyards are placed, is constituted by the pebbles of the alluvial deposits settled over slate and quartz of the rocky substrate.
